My first ever wedding cake, for my very own wedding!

2 tiers of lemon sponge with lemon curd, lemon buttercream, meringue exterior topped with edible flowers! So so pretty and yummy.

I have not really cooked much with rhubarb before, what have I been doing? This cake tasted amazing. Available at Kiosk at the Park in Bedford today!

I wonder how much of a challenge it is to grow Rhubarb, growing season is almost upon us. I will be sewing my fist seeds of the year tomorrow.


Awesome Gluten and Dairy free Chocolate Cake, I used rapeseed oil instead of butter, so moist and delicious ! And of course a sprinkling of honeycomb and raspberries.
