I have not really cooked much with rhubarb before, what have I been doing? This cake tasted amazing. Available at Kiosk at the Park in Bedford today!

I wonder how much of a challenge it is to grow Rhubarb, growing season is almost upon us. I will be sewing my fist seeds of the year tomorrow.

Chocolate Lime bonanza!

Layers of light Lime sponge, Chocolate ganache and Blackcurrant curd. Topped with MORE Chocolate ganache, Raspberries and a sprinkling of Orange Viola’s from the kitchen garden.

Lime Tea Cakes

Lime tea cakes for the Animal Studio opening on Friday. Topped with buttercream, coconut, raspberries and my new Peach Melba viola’s.
